Responsibilities: • Quote Auto, Home, Financial Products, and Commercial Insurance policies accurately and efficiently. • Make a high volume of outbound calls to customers who have requested insurance quotes. • Respond promptly to inbound calls from customers seeking better coverage and pricing options. • Meet daily and weekly quotas for quote volume and call activity.
