About us Boutique Entertainment LLC is a professional, inclusive, and social small business based out of New York City, and manages Concerts Under the Stars, a national live performance company specializing in outdoor rooftop concerts and large-scale events. We are in search of a part time event manager to oversee and run operations for our concert series in Seattle. Ideal candidates should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, leadership minded, folks with strong communication skills. Event Managers will communicate with upper management, be ‘on the ground’ eyes and ears on performance days and be the highest level in person customer service representative for guests. This is a part-time role with 2-4 shows per month, paying $300 per day for a 8-9 hour commitment per day. CUTS may request Event Manager be available for additional show dates, or meetings per month as needed. Responsibilities include: General: • Ensure all aspects of the event are covered and all provided operating procedures are followed. • Ensure all departments complete their tasks on schedule, and the event does not get delayed. • Complete and distribute event reports using provided template for CUTS upper management Coordinating Event Staff: • Manage and delegate tasks to local staff members. May include: seating, checking guests in, event documentation and paperwork. Venue + House Staff Communication: • Liaise between CUTS upper management and venue staff on event day (s). Oversee Performers/AV/Ushers Staff: • Verify all employees are accounted for and prepared for their respective duties Ensure Excellent Customer Service: • Act as the point of contact for guest questions or concerns. Exceptional customer interactions are paramount. Document/report all pertinent details pf significant customer questions or complaints to CUTS upper management.
