The Opportunity This company is looking for a reliable, polished German-Speaking Customer Service Agent to join their customer care team — and they need someone who can hit the ground running. You'll be handling customer enquiries in German, resolving issues with care and professionalism, and helping ensure every customer interaction reflects the brand at its best. This is a role for someone who is not just comfortable in a customer-facing position, but who takes genuine pride in doing it well. Reliability and strong written German are non-negotiable.
