Job Description: We are a growing residential cleaning company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. This is a physically active job that requires someone who works efficiently, takes pride in their work, and treats clients’ homes with care and respect. We are NOT just looking for someone to “clean”. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team and do high-quality work consistently. What You’ll Do: • Perform residential cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, etc.) • Follow our detailed cleaning system and checklist • Work as part of a team • Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail • Be respectful and professional in clients’ homes Schedule: • Monday–Friday • Typically between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (varies slightly by day) • No nights or weekends Pay: • $15/hr (working interview) • $16/hr (training) • $18/hr (after training) Requirements: • Must be reliable and show up on time • Must have a strong work ethic (this is not an easy job) • Must be able to work on your feet for several hours • Must have attention to detail (we do not rush sloppy work) • Must be respectful in clients’ homes • Must be willing to learn and follow our system • Must have reliable transportation Preferred (but not required): • Previous cleaning experience • Experience working in a team environment • Good communication skills Important: We are looking for someone who: • Takes initiative • Learns quickly • Works well with others • Wants consistent work and takes the job seriously To Apply: Please send a message answering the following: • Why are you interested in this position? • What makes you a hard worker? • Have you worked in cleaning or a similar job before? • What days and hours are you available?
