Job Summary WGS Group Inc. is seeking professional and reliable security personnel to transition into a Doorman / Front Desk Security Officer role. This position requires individuals who can maintain a strong security presence while delivering excellent customer service in a high-visibility environment. Duties Monitor and control access to the building Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a professional manner Maintain a visible presence at the front entrance at all times Enforce building rules and security protocols Respond to incidents and report any suspicious activity Coordinate with management and staff as needed Skills Valid Security License is a MUST Background in law enforcement, military service, or security enhances effectiveness preffered in this role. Excellent conflict management skills with a calm and assertive demeanor. Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and clarity. Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and security protocols. Effective communication skills for coordinating with emergency responders and team members.
