Remote-Friendly Management Roles
If you're a freelancer, flexibility isn't just a perk — it's a necessity. Traditional roles often overlook this. We've handpicked jobs that respect your need for a dynamic schedule.
Head of Growth - EdTech (Remote, French Fluent)
Head Of Growth - EdTech is a dream role for freelancers who prefer remote work. This job offers full remote capabilities, which means you can work from anywhere. The requirement of French fluency is the only potential hurdle, but if you tick that box, the role's strategic focus on growth is perfect for project managers with a knack for scaling businesses.
Remote Engineering Manager - Cross-Platform Leader
If the EdTech role isn't your style, consider the Remote Engineering Manager position. It's ideal for tech-savvy freelancers with a background in C++. The role promises autonomy and the chance to lead cross-platform projects. The catch is the need for deep technical expertise, but the flexibility here is unmatched.
These roles offer great flexibility, but if you're more communications-focused, the next picks might suit you better. They're perfect if you thrive on crafting narratives and connecting with audiences.
Communication-Centric Positions
Next, let's dive into jobs tailored for those who excel at PR and communications.
Remote PR & Communications Leader
For freelancers with a passion for PR, the Global PR & Communications Leader role is unbeatable. It offers remote work and requires someone who can manage global communications strategies. While it requires a proven track record in PR, the opportunity to lead on a global scale is worth it.
Strategic Sales Director - Remote
The Strategic Sales Director position adds a sales twist to communications. It's remote too and focuses on strategic direction, perfect for those who love combining sales and PR. Flexibility is guaranteed, though the role demands a deep understanding of market strategies.
These communication roles are great for strategists. But what if you're looking for a role with less focus on sales and more on team leadership? The next section covers just that.
Leadership Roles
For those who prefer steering teams, these management jobs are ideal.
Head of Shared Hosting
Head of Shared Hosting is for freelancers with experience in hosting services. The leadership aspect is strong here, and while it's not remote, it offers a stable environment and the chance to shape hosting services.
Technical Supervisor
The Technical Supervisor role is another excellent pick for those who want to lead teams. It's based in Eskişehir and focuses on technical oversight, perfect for freelancers transitioning into more stable supervisory roles.
